Lake Dog

We went to the lake for the holidays. Although I don't like baths, I did like the lake. Dad Paul put me in and let me swim. It was tough and I got tired quick. Later I went in all by myself. I wanted to swim to Dad Paul and the twins but just couldn't bring myself to do it. It was so hot and the lake was really cool. I enjoyed just finding a cool place to relax.

Pine Wood Derby

Levi invited Dad Paul to come to the Pine Wood Derby and race a car, too. He borrowed Briggs' car from last year. Matthew was in town so he went with them. Uncle Paul won 1st place in the Family division and Levi placed third for the scouts.

Matthew had fun and even got to push the button to start one of the races. Uncle Paul let him keep the trophy.
