Valentine's Day

She can laugh about it now but Mom April was not laughing Thursday night. Dad Paul had suggested meeting at Pappasitos after work for a nice romantic dinner (this is where they had their wedding reception). So Mom April gets all dresssed up and is waiting patiently for the call to go a meet Dad Paul. He calls, but only to say he's had a project come up and doesn't know how late he'll be. Mom April was really bummed. They ended up ordering pizza after he got home and Dad Paul promises a chick flick in the very near future. Mom April does realize that except for about 4 hours at the end of the day it was a pretty good Valentine's. Dad Paul sent her a gorgeous flower arrangement and he loved the cards she found. She says whoever invented cards with sound is a genious. Hope you Valentine's Day was better than theirs!
