Our Nephew Gaven

We got to spend some time with this little cutie recently.  He looks just like his dad (and uncle) when they were little.

 This is how he spent the whole afternoon.  He would take the broom (or floor duster or mop) and clean the floors.  And not just the porch but he did all the hard wood floors in Grandma's house.

 

Apparently, this is his favorite activity.  His mom even had to buy him his own broom and mop so that she could get the cleaning done.

Happy Birthday, Matthew

We celebrated my nephew's birthday at our favorite birthday place...Joe's Crab Shack.  Matt knew were going out to eat but not that we had presents for him and were going to sing.  They had the best s'mores dessert that we used instead of a birthday cake.  The waitstaff sang and made him dance around the restaurent.  Lots of fun for all!

Grapevine Day

We spent one day of Spring Break in Grapevine going to Legoland and the Seal Life Aquarium.

The Walker Chandler Singers

While the cousins were visiting, I created a makeshift stage and got out Sophie's karoake machine.  The girls especially loved singing and dancing, but even Logan George gave it a try.
